It will be 5 days a week with split days off because we need someone to work Mondays and Saturdays for sure, and we are closed on Sundays. The hours are 9am to 6pm during the week and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. The job entails full cycle sales from first contact with a customer based on internet, phone, or walk in leads through the delivery of the cart and follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction and ask for referrals. Requires detailed documentation in our CMS as well as paper files and strong communication with shop, outside vendors, delivery service, etc. to make sure all aspects of sale, custom build, and delivery go smoothly. Assist customers with online financing approval process and facilitate paperwork for buying golf carts on credit. Be able to build custom quotes in Lizzy software system and communicate quote verbally to customer (we do not hand out/email out written quotes except for special circumstances to businesses).Must be able to overcome objections and close sales with customers who are undecided or unsure of what they want/need. Looking for someone willing to get educated and who is motivated to learn about the product lines we carry so they can answer questions and be knowledgeable about features of EZGO and ICON golf carts. Critical to spend time building relationships and finding common ground with customers...we sell to a lot of the same golf communities repeatedly and get referrals so building positive relationships is vital! Must be very detail oriented and pay attention to important things like making sure paperwork is completed correctly, the right charger goes with each cart, the cart is charged & detailed before leaving, etc.
