Loving 3 month old pupp

Hey I have a 3 month old pup I first got her at 1 and half month but I’m moving and she can not come with me ! She’s so precious and loving ! She’s an amazing dog ! She got first shots last month but she’s due for a second round. I have papers that I can give you, rehoming fee applies contact for more info, I have a bunch of stuff for her to. Her bed, toys, food, water and food bowl, shampoo, leash, color.. she has a lot. Don’t want to give her up but I can’t bring her with me. Thank you
