Pay: $15,000-$20,000 DOE - Winter Season '22-'23 Reports to: Snow Removal Operations Manager This is a 4-6 month position with the option to be hired on as a full-time staff member at the end of winter. Position Overview: - Master Equipment Operator with at least 2 years of experience - Requires no supervision - Always completes their own route - Willingness to help other operators complete their routes - Trains others on processes and safety - Lead and mentor Operators at Level 1 and 2 - Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment - Operates the tractor in a manner that minimizes tractor and/or client property damage - Basic knowledge of tractor mechanics and functions Qualifications: - Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record - Team player who is able to communicate and work well with others - Uncompromising attention to detail - Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions - Ability to occasionally work in a high stress - fast paced environment - Must consider safety and courtesy high priorities -Willingness to learn and develop new skills For over 40 years, Elements has created a work-life balance suitable to those who prefer the carefree nature of mountain living.
