SKILLED CARPENTER POSITION Skills and values we are looking for in our next hire to perform construction related activities including flooring, painting, drywall, finish work, light electrical, and plumbing: o Strong work ethic o Dependable and timely o Honest and trustworthy o Positive attitude o Ability to work collaboratively and independently o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail o Reliable transportation, reliable communication with phone, valid California License and proof of vehicle insurance o Great communication in verbal and electronic communication (email, texts, etc.) Pay is between $21 and $27 per hour depending on skill, tools and contribution.
