Found Cat - Grey Tabby w/ White - Female

Found a cat in the parking lot of the 1013 E Emmett street Dollar General on Saturday, Sep 17th 2022 She is a grey tabby with white underbelly, chest, socks, and white on her face. She has a very distinct eye color; a brown and green gradient with green at the top. She is very small, I don't know if she's under a year old or just a very tiny cat. She is friendly and very good at using the litter box, which leads me to believe that she is, or was, a house pet. Her current condition isn't the best, she is missing a lot of fur and has scabs, and seems to be rather moody. One moment she wants attention and then next she's growling or hissing, and might even try to bite. I think she's behaving this way because her skin might be painful. But she is very sweet otherwise, and very talkative. If anyone has any information please let me know! We will not be able to hold her for very long as we do not have the finances to get her checked out, or to keep her (and already have our own cats). If an owner can not be found we will be looking to find someone to adopt her! So feel free to inquire about that.
