Commercial janitorial cleaners and subcontractors wanted

I have a commercial janitorial service in Atlanta. We have buildings located all over Metro atlanta. Right now I have three buildings where I am looking for a night crew to clean them five nights a week. This is a full-service janitorial cleaning each night. Duties will include emptying all the trash cans, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the door glass, cleaning the restrooms and break rooms etc. I'm looking for somebody who has experience in this industry and has reliable transportation. I'm open to subcontractors as well. It would be great if I could find somebody that could take all three of these buildings together. The first two buildings are a package deal. They are located in Suwanee and Buford. They're 18 minutes apart from each other. Both of these buildings are cleaned Sunday through Thursday and they pay a combined total of $750 each payroll which is every two weeks. So the two buildings together essentially pay $75 per day and 10 days in each payroll. The third building I have available is located in Alpharetta. It is also cleaned 5 days a week. This building pays $40 per day, 10 days in each payroll is $400 each payroll. If you were to take all three buildings this would be a total of $1,150 every two weeks.
