Monarch Investment is seeking a full time Groundskeeper/Housekeeper to join our team in Southern Colorado! The Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the interior and exterior image of the property. Duties include lawn maintenance, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, ensuring exterior and interior hallways and any other public areas stay clean, interior is organized, units are cleaned to move-in-ready standards, etc. Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in Multifamily Housing investment since 1992. Unlike many others, we are not a real estate investment trust, but privately owned by people who actually care about their employees. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas - Performs lawn mowing, trimming, edging - Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work. - Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming - Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, inspections or assisting in turning vacant units - Cleaning all Make Ready's/Turned units for new occupants - Daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas - Care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - 6 months experience related to the responsibilities above - General knowledge of daily maintenance grounds keeping/landscaping - Ability to safely operate equipment - Must be detailed oriented Great compensation and benefits: - Industry competitive compensation up to $15/HR to start! - Comprehensive medical insurance - Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Paid Holidays - Paid Time Off, 1st yr 80hrs, 2-4yrs 120hrs, 5+yrs 160/hrs - 20% off rent at any of our owned communities - 401k planning and pre-tax contributions - Renewal Commissions shared monthly - Quarterly bonuses - Paid additional training/school - Tuition reimbursement program - Annual reviews with the opportunity for an annual raise! - Yearly Anniversary Gifts - Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more!
