Rehoming with small adoption fee

I’m in search of a new home for my baby. She’s such a loving and well behaved girl. She is spade and has all her shots. Black lab mix. House trained. She is currently in the foster program at the humane society but they don’t put those dogs up for foster until their strays have fosters. Do I really need to find her a new home. I’m currently in between homes and not able to take her with me. She’s great with children and other dogs.
