Shipping a tiny boat to Seattle from SD

I need to ship a Sunfish sailboat (14ft by 4ft) to Seattle from San Diego. Item weight is 130 lbs. (Clarification. I need someone to actually drive the boat up to Seattle. I have had little luck finding a conventional shipper that will take this one off and unusual item.) Attached is a picture of the boat with cover and cart. This is not my boat, but I have both a cover and a cart. There will also be a few extra parts to bring along. Boat is currently stored here: 1215 El Carmel Pl, San Diego, CA 92109 Delivery anywhere within 10 miles of Seattle (University of Washington for example).
