NEED WELL SEASONED TILE PERSON: I have a couple of tile jobs in couple of bathrooms and also laundry room. I have all the materials just looking for someone who knows the trade well and has viable drivers license and checking account etc. No drinking on the job, smoking etc. Not looking for a fly by night person, or someone who insists on only cash and has no viable transportation or tools. *Only serious need inquire. I have lots of other work, as this is a rental and I have A thru Z to do on this home. **Looking for a reputable person in Yuma and reasonable negotiable pricing** I cannot afford contractor rates, but reasonable hourly rates or bids accepted.
