ISO 2 Individuals to Seal a Singlewide Roof

In search of 2 able-bodied individuals to wet seal the seams of an older single wide mobile home, located in a park. My elderly father on a fixed income has not been able to keep up with the work, and now has several leaks inside the home. I had no idea how bad it is... He is currently out of town, and would love to surprise him with no more leaking when it rains, on his arrival. I'll be purchasing the wet seal, but do not know what types of brushes to purchase. I also have no idea the strength of the roof...so I ask, please be experienced in this sort of thing. I am able to pay $100 to each, of the 2 people for their time.
