Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact, representing the culture of the company, supporting guests, vendors and
upper management.
Monitor visitor access.
Trouble-shooting on-site maintenance issues.
Providing quality customer service and creating a welcoming client experience.
Manage daily operations of store, including managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness,
equipping customers with knowledge required to make informed purchases.
Ordering – service supplies & equipment.
Community outreach.
Hiring, training and scheduling staff.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, office management and/ or operations.
Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems.
A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Exceptional organizing and prioritizing skills; attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution.
