Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of high-rise equipment, including electrical, mechanical, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years work experience with operating, maintaining, or repairing building electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems; related coursework or certification desired.
- A valid California class C driver’s license, or the ability to arrange transportation for field travel, is required at time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment. Employees may be required to use their own vehicle.
- Eligibility to work in the US
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The chosen applicant will be required to work standby and emergency call back on an occasional basis.
- Exposure to weather, dust, fumes, electrical currents, and machine noises, and other hazards of building maintenance
- This position will require lifting of objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally weighing up to 75 pounds.
