SHOP WELDER / FABRICATOR Sargon is looking for an experienced SHOP WELDER / FABRICATOR to join our Steel fabrication shop. Sargon Steel is a full-service commercial fabrication and erection company focusing in commercial fencing, park structures, automatic gates and many other various design-build metal work located in Phoenix. Must be able to: - Show at least 1-year related experience - Read both fabrication and erection drawings a plus - Listen and follow instructions from General Manager & Lead Welder - Follow Sargon Safety Standards and be a safety leader for the company - Lift up to 50 pounds & be in good physical condition - Promote the Sargon Core Values in all aspects of your duties (Safety, Accountability, Hardwork, Integrity, Respect) - Reliably get to work on time daily Must have Welding training (either formal or experience-based), active welding certifications a plus). This position is full-time, hourly pay, up to $20 per hour, Depending on Experience Competitive wages and benefits that include medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as up to 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave (accrual basis) and holiday pay.
