Roofing Superintendent Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Supervise a crew of roofers on multiple commercial jobsites at one time. • Responsible processing jobs, ordering material loads, scheduling crews, coordinating with Project Coordinator communicating all aspects of projects with the customers, and internal communication regarding projects. • Schedule projects daily based on jobsite progress to ensure projects are staffed to meet production, quality and safety goals. • Collaborate with Project Managers and office team to coordinate jobsite logistics including pre-job planning, safety requirements and ensure required materials and tools are available. • Collaborate with Branch Manager on hiring, termination, and disciplinary decisions for crew. • Regularly visit job sites to review work in progress in terms of productivity and safety standards. • Meet with customer at jobsite to ensure quality and satisfaction. • Ensures materials are available for current projects and plan for future projects. • Up to 50% travel to local jobsites. • Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected. • Provide leadership and support to all field staff.
