We are currently hiring concrete form setters, finishers and laborers for our fast paced, high end decorative concrete projects. Hiring: - General Laborers. No experience is needed for laborers. - Concrete Finishers - Concrete Formsetters GREAT PAY, full-time work Mon. thru Fri., weekly pay. Abilities required: • Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be involved. • Must be able to work in a high production level of decorative concrete construction which typically means forming, pouring and finishing over 100 yards of concrete a day. • Must be able to take direction from Supervisors. • Competent to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies. Requirements: • Must be able to work in outdoor elements that include both extreme summer heat and cold winter temperatures in rain, wind, dust, sun, and construction noises. • Be able to move individual tools and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs, stand and/or walk for long periods, kneel stoop, crouch and crawl. • Capable of operating numerous hand-held equipment. • Must read, understand and follow company policies outlined in Company Safety Manual. • Must have a high standard of quality and accuracy. • Own transportation to and from job sites.
