Apartment Grounds Porter Schedule: Must be able to start immediately. Full Time 40 hours: Monday Through Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Pay: $13-$15 per hour. Prior Experience a plus Duties: • Grounds Cleanup/Trash Pickup • Must be able to walk long distances • Must be able to lift Heavy Weight up to 50 lbs. • Must be able to operate a golf cart. • Blowing • Pressure Cleaning • Effective Communicator (bi-lingual a plus) • Minor Painting Must have reliable form of transportation.
