Description
Our 55+ senior apartment community is seeking an individual to join our maintenance team. We are looking for someone who can prepare apartment homes for new residents as well as maintain the condition of occupied apartments.
Skills needed include, but not limited to:
Plumbing, electrical appliance repair, carpentry. Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24 hour emergency maintenance service response. Strong communication skills.
Must have at lease 1 year previous experience in apartment maintenance and turns.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS and be able to work independently.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND VEHICLE.
Must pass background check.
