Need Laborer/Skilled for Carpentry/Construction company

Aloha, Looking for a laborer or preferably someone with skills or at least basic skills in carpentry. Willing to train the right person. We mostly build decks, fences, gazebos, sheds. But occasionally do other remodel type things. Have your own Transportation No Drama No Drugs No drinking PROBLEMS Must be dependable and on time Ability to follow instructions Own tools is always a plus, but can lend at first if need be. Mostly full time but sometimes part time. Starting wage is based on experience, But can be negotiated after a short trial period if you show a higher level of skill. Weekend work is not required but sometimes is available. Most work is in or around kapaa, but occasionally go north shore aswell. Email or Text is best and I will get back to you.
