Senior property in Buffalo is in need of a porter / janitor immediately. Will be split between 2 properties which are about 5 minutes from each other. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record. Will be responsible for: Cleaning of hallways and stairwells Cleaning of 4 common area bathrooms Cleaning of apartments during turnover process Cleaning of lobby and community room Picking up grounds in the morning Mopping Dusting Cleaning windows Sweeping Monday - Friday 8-4:30 with a half hour lunch $15.50 to start - will be reevaluated after 90 days Benefits after 30 days Paid vacation, PTO, and sick time
