Come join our great team of gardeners! WE NEED MORE HANDS AS WE HEAD INTO THE BUSY FALL SEASON! We work outside, mostly tending to flower beds. We deadhead, fertilize and weed. Sometimes jobs are quite intense! As fall approaches we will be cutting back perennials as well as LOTS AND LOTS OF LEAF REMOVAL! We offer: Flexibility - you write your availability and that becomes your schedule Fun - it's hard to be stressed when you are working the soil, surrounded by flowers Future - We want people who will grow with us! We take care of each other and treating each other like family isn't just a platitude here, we mean it. We offer raises and promotions based on merit and seniority. We have paid sick leave, and paid time off after the first year. Potential to become long term (seasonal) employment with a fast growing, well respected and established company. We work until the weather stops us (usually around Thanksgiving), and we start up again mid-March. If it's a good fit for both of us then you will be encouraged to return in the spring!
