General Labor Needed for Meat Pack in Minnesota

Lakeside Foods in Plainview Minnesota is looking to fill general labor positions for meat production. Our current bid is until November 5th, 2022- with a possible extension after that depending on contracts available. Positions include Cook/Cool-Down Operator- pays close attention to detail to record temperatures, organization with cooks and cool down data, and ability to set up work area prior to production. Anylray- Checking the fat content of the meat throughout the daily meat process. Combo Dumper/Meat Pusher- Help get the meat from the combos by using large forks to push meat into the stuffer. Rework- Opening cans and properly disposing of cans and putting meat into correct area to be reworked. Busse- Pushing cans into the cooker crates and straightening. Forklift Drivers- Unloading trucks, loading cookers, driving finished product into the warehouse (computer experience preferred). *CLEAN UP DUTIES WILL BE REQUIRED!* Housing and Travel Assistance is available!
