Lost / Stolen bike in Brooklyn

Hello - In case I can help whoever got their bike stolen recoup it.. See the photo attached. There is a guy in front of our building who’s always stealing our mail and mail from our neighbors. I see him with different bikes all the time - and I’m not a professional detective - but my hunch is that he doesn’t buy a new bike every week and has this awesome garage somewhere where he stores them all. Let me know if this is your bike - it may still be around here, I’m in cobble hill.
