Midwest Landscapes, based out of Otsego, is looking to add experienced, skilled, hard-working and reliable lawn care and snow removal employees. The positions available are (lawn maintenance, equipment operators, plow driver, shovelers, etc.). Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Pay: Pay range depends on position and qualifications. These are hourly paid positions and payroll is every two weeks. Overtime is paid at 40 hours. Hours: Lawn Maintenance Crew Members typically work from: 7am – 6pm Snow Removal Crew Members hours will vary. We work when it snows – Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays included! This is a 24/7 on call position. Employee Requirements: • Reliable transportation to our office or jobsite as requested • Ability to work and coordinate with others • Ability and willingness to work long hours in various weather conditions. • Strong work ethic • Positive attitude • Previous commercial/residential lawn and snow service preferred, but will train the right person. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will be working on a crew servicing commercial and residential locations. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, mowing, trimming and blow off each property. The Snow Crew positions are seasonal that only have hours during snowy times. You will be responsible for removing snow as needed at commercial and residential locations. Full-time opportunities may be available after the winter season for exceptional employees.
