Brookline MA

Description

Hello, must have workman's comp! My condo company and the town inspector require it, to get the permit. You can get workman's comp and then cancel it after the job. I could even pay for that. This job would begin Wednesday, September 28th at 10:00 p.m. when the wood will be delivered, and I can help you carry it in. It is a small studio ground floor apartment in Coolidge Corner, no stairs involved. There's a two-wheeler and shopping carts available. The job would probably be a week total. I will supply lunch each day and drinks and pay $50 per hour plus gas. I am generous and I can also carry debris out and bring it to a pickup place, etc. I would take care of getting the permit on Tuesday, so I want to make that appointment with the inspector who I know. He's going to waive the fee for me for that since I just had a permit completed with another contractor to do the drywall. It is a small 475 ft studio condo on the ground floor level, no stairs. You can park all day long on Park Street or Harvard avenue for free. I need a Bruce solid wood floor (planks) installed, 430 sq. ft. total. It is the click and fit type and it's prefinished, so no varnishing needed. It's going to be delivered on Wednesday the 28th between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. there is a two-wheeler and shopping carts and I can help you bring it in. If by any chance they don't deliver it on that date I will go to the store myself and get a box or two at a time as I have a hatchback. I also need: the small bathroom walls tiled (the tile was already removed from most of the walls), and the tiny kitchen floor tiled, One last coat of paint on the main condo walls which already have been primed and painted once, I have non-toxic no. VOC paint. and a few odds and ends like fixing the kitchen sink cabinet which came apart a little bit during recent construction following a July 3rd flood, also putting a cabinet back next to the sink (the upper cabinets have already been installed), and replacing my closet doors, the usual wooden slat type ones. The walls have all been fixed and the place was rewired. There is no asbestos. It's good to go! Park Street, Brookline, Massachusetts 02446
