laundry, dog walking and/or apt cleaning wanted

Looking for a reliable part time person to do the following - Come once per week for 2 hours to do two persons laundry in the laundry room in our building, ideally every Friday though would also consider Thursday. Note job should take approx two hours--wash/dry/lint brush/fold -- there is a tv in the laundry room or you could read and do personal things while you wait for the wash, it is comfortable to hang out in during the task. Two hours = $40 cash. Also looking for someone to come twice per week for 30-45 minutes to take our small very sweet Pomeranian for a walk. Pay is $30 per session. Finally, looking for someone to come and clean our one bedroom apartment once per week, ideally on Thursday or Fridays. Should take approx 2.5-3 hours. Two or more of these tasks could be combined into a general housekeeper position, once or twice per week, $20 per hour, cash - 1 - clean apartment and do the laundry tasks - can be all in one day or split between two days per week 2 - laundry tasks plus dog walking - would be once per week 3 - clean apartment, laundry tasks and dog walking - can be all in one day or split between two days per week Looking for someone reliable and kind who is just looking for some small work in the neighborhood once or twice per week.
