My Teen Son Seeks Like-Minded Kids to Jam With

Hi, Not sure if this is done on Craigslist. But my 14-year old has gotten very much into music and playing guitar over the last year. He did the NYC Rock Guitar Camp for 3 weeks this summer and loved it. The problem is, his high school (he is a freshman) has no like-minded musical types that he can play with, and he really wants to hang out and jam with other kids, learn some covers, maybe write some songs. So how to find them?? I told him I would try Craigslist. Other guitarists are very welcome, but any drummers or bass players are EXTRA welcome! He has jammed a few times with other kids at Funkadelic studios in midtown, which has worked out well. If you (being a teen) or your child (being a parent) would be interested, we would want to make introductions in a safe, thoughtful way and see if there might be a fit. His taste ranges from the Beatles to Nirvana to Phoebe Bridgers to Black Country New Road / Black MIDI to MF Doom, but I think he would just love to rock out with some other kids. Thanks!
