We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and focused individual to provide the following cleaning and building assistance. This is a full-time position with benefits.
CLEANING
Perform routine and skilled work in the cleaning and sanitation of building in accordance with supplied cleaning schedule and at direction of management.
Act on and complete requests and work orders for cleaning, and sanitation of building.
Clean and sanitize units as related to market-readies.
Report extraordinary cleaning and/or maintenance needs to Property Manager
Carry out additional heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
Stock and maintain supplies needed for the cleaning and sanitizing of building.
Work closely with Property Manager to update established cleaning schedule as needed.
Be responsible for owners’ equipment (Appropriate use, care, and maintenance).
Other related cleaning tasks periodically assigned by Property Manager
PROPERTY ASSISTANCE
Be familiar with location of specific mechanical equipment such as heating systems, electrical panels, and meters within building.
Monitor and provide access to building to contractors, utility companies, and various service providers needing admittance to building.
Act on and complete tasks of property assistance such as replacing lightbulbs, smoke detector batteries, lock outs, meeting room set-up, seasonal decorations, etc.
Snow Removal (sidewalks and entryways)
Landscaping – cut and sweep grass and watering.
Patrol building exterior/pick up loose trash/Monitor parking lot for violations.
Trash disposal/recycling coordination/weekly dumpster swap-out
Be available and respond to after-hour and weekend emergency calls.
Follow all established practices, protocols, and policies.
Other related property assistant tasks periodically assigned by Property Manager
