General Maintenance Worker

We are a local, family owned, property management company looking to enhance our team! This position has the possibility of being part-time or full-time and the flexibility to work around an already established scheduled. Daily maintenance staff is responsible for general maintenance duties, apartment turnovers, and annual preventative maintenance. Along with these duties each staff member must communicate with our tenants in a positive friendly manner. We take pride in our customer service and need a staff that will uphold those values in the field. Further requirements of our maintenance staff include but are not limited to: • Prior work experience in maintenance or related fields preferred but not required. • Basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general home maintenance knowledge. • Ability to perform preventative maintenance (filter changes, cleaning coils, etc.) • 16-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Ability to work around an already established full, or part-time schedule. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Must reside in or near the Toledo area. • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license. (Mileage will be reimbursed) • Must have a smart phone and experience using apps • Hourly rate: $15-$20 • Background check required
