Help needed for backyard cleaning and front steps recement

Hi, We're looking for someone to help clean up our backyard. We estimate it is 3-5 hours of work between two people. There's some sticks, leaves as well as small, fallen down trees that will need to be cut with a saw (or chainsaw). We're offering $25/hour per person for the job including taking it to the dump. We expect the dump to charge $10-20 based on the weight. The dump is open from 7am to 5pm so if you come today, you will have to come back tomorrow to take it to the dump. We have already cleaned some of the yard and put together piles of sticks. We are also looking to have our front steps repaved with cement. You can see a crack in the steps with the photo. We'd like to have a small step between installed. We will buy the materials with you and are only looking for labor. We estimate the job to take 8 hours.
