Professional Pay for Professional Work Project: Prep and paint wooden window trim 11 Main floor windows (already caulked and primed) 10 2nd floor windows (5 windows already caulked and primed) Must have: Searchable license number with State of Idaho or Washington Business Insurance References Prep: scrape and sand trim that has not yet been prepped caulk seams and gaps where necessary tarp, drop cloth or plastic under the windows for debris collection Application: Prime windows which have not been primed Paint trim 5 - 1/4" holes on main floor need silicone patching Materials and Tools: Paint and primer provided Crew provides caulking and all tools Crew will utilize scaffold or man lift for 2nd floor windows Final product: all gaps in trim filled, crisp clean paint lines, no paint on glass or siding Clean up: No paint debris left behind No trash left behind Other notes: I am open to a conversation about Scope of Work above if you view the job and have other practices or ideas on how to best execute the project Must be respectful to tenants living at jobsite Must be okay working on 4/12 pitch roof Will discuss quote after clearing license and reference checks Potential for more projects for motivated crews!
