Ninja Coatings is now the largest concrete coating company in the country, and we are excited to add to our expanding team of installers! As we grow, we are seeking committed individuals who take pride in their work and care about our customers and their homes. We provide our crews with EVERYTHING they need to complete the job efficiently, including all necessary tools and supplies, as well as company work trucks. With as fast as we are growing, there will be opportunities for growth within our company including opportunities for promotion and increased income for individuals who show that they are motivated and capable of being leaders. Our Requirements: -Positive attitude, professional work ethic, willingness to learn -Capable of doing physical labor (kneeling, bending, moving heavy equipment, etc) -The ability to show up to the job site on time (typically 8:30 AM) -Painting/Floor Coating experience is a plus -1 year+ of experience with home improvement experience is a plus -Valid Driver's License Benefits: -Compensated weekly -We pay 10 hours for every job, even though most jobs are completed in less than 10 hours -Wrapped company box truck supplied -All tools and sundries necessary to complete jobs are supplied -Medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k (with company match) -Consistent work (We work year round) -Plenty of overtime opportunities (Overtime pay is 1.5x hourly rate) We are looking to begin interviews and complete the hiring process as soon as possible.
