Operated by experienced business owners/horse people. Facility designed for health, safety, and efficiency of horse care. *All horses will have individual run-in mini-barns that measure either 12x10 or 12x12, his own 30x60 min dry lot paddock attached, huge attached pasture space off paddock to roam (access optional), twice daily grain and water rinse/refill, twice daily stall/paddock cleaning, simple medication admin, daily brief grooming and health check, fly spray and dewormer included in board. Large 200x100 lighted outdoor arena (planning to cover in 2023), small arena, round pen, obstacle course/trail arena, trails, dirt road. Fabulous views of the hills/mountains, lake, sky/sunsets. Dog agility/play yard, gardening space, pool, lounge access all will be included. Training available. 24 hour camera monitoring.$675/month full board only, some work or program inclusion options available. Now accepting boarding applicants (still under construction - planning for mid-October opening for boarding.) Please message me for further information.
