Former General Contractor working at his properties in East Hampton, NY is looking for a qualified and efficient electrician/plumber to run jobs around the houses. Candidate does not need to be licensed as it falls under my license. Hourly offered rate is $50.00/hour and applier must also be able to work on weekends. If such position is a "side job" that will also be doable, as long as a good amount of time will be invested on my projects as well. Please DO NOT apply if NOT HIGHLY interested.
