We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the management of Various Construction Projects in the tristate area. Responsibilities: Work with estimators pre bid Contact suppliers regarding Materials Order materials on time per job schedule Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Submit product data to GC's Work with Job Foremen on materials and Job site issues ​Qualifications: Previous experience Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Problem Solver Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Middlefield, CT 06455: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
