Phoebe is potentially available to a forever home. She is 2 years old, current on vaccines and grooming. She has had 1 litter of puppies. I adopted her from a breeder that didn’t socialize her at all and she came to me very scared of people (especially men). She has come a long way but will do best with a patient family that will shower her in love. She loves other dogs and would love a play mate.
