Art studio/workspace available Late in October. It’s available until then. Showings will be week of October 18th Affordable space with separate locked entry, private 24 hr access but no noise after 10pm. It’s long narrow room with no windows but has a gated doorway to gangway leading outside. Its approx. 13 ft x7 ft, Few track lights, electric outlets and free WiFi Temperatures can vary seasonally but you can prop open that door to the outside corridor if needed. Not perfect for everyone but affordable, tell me your plans for consideration. Email for more info 200$ month to month, but ideally long term agreement but a month to month 30 day notice.
