Must have the following qualities. • Punctuality and good time managements skills • Good attention to detail • Good communicator • Respect and trust • A ‘natural with dogs’ – professional experience preferred, but full training provided • This is a physical job and requires a certain level of strength and fitness – you will get a workout. • Clean driving license What you get: • Initial starting salary of $45,000 annual (negotiable DOE) • Minivan for work use + associated auto expenses • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7am – 3:30pm • Vacation: 10 paid vacation days, after two years you'll get 15 days paid vacation • Holiday Pay: Not required to work on Federal Holidays but receive full pay. • Sick Pay • 401K Opportunity to make extra money: • Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 10% of your total salary as a end of year bonus (based on performance) • Client tips • Dog Boarding: Opportunity to earn extra income through in-home boarding (subject to suitable living conditions) • House sitting: Stay in our client’s homes while they travel
