We are looking to hire motivated, reliable individuals to work as part of our solar installation crew. The Solar PV Installer is responsible for installing all aspects and components of a PV solar system. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and safety. This position will work with crew members to complete projects. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Electrical Experience Reliable and good attendance. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of solar installation is required. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Must have a positive attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Team player, respectful to homeowner and its property and others around you Job Description: Install mounting and racking systems on all job types Comfortable working on roofs of all heights and different slopes/ pitches Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks Attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work independently Ability to lift, move, and/or carry items in excess of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights • Troubleshooting, testing, and repairing PV system activities as needed. Job Title: Solar Installer Pay: $22-32 per hour (DOE) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday- Friday / Weekends
