Artist Studio Space Wanted

Hi, I'm going to post this again with more detail as to what I am looking for. I'm searching for a dedicated artist studio space in central Marin- between Mill Valley and San Rafael. A building with other creatives is preferred - the ones I've researched do not have openings (Artworks Downtown, Marin Society of Artists, ICB). I received a few offers in my previous post several weeks ago offering extra bedrooms in apartments and to sublet/share business office spaces but that's not a good fit. I already have an office for my business, but it's not set up to leave my art supplies out or worry about getting paint on my furniture. If you have any leads, I would greatly appreciate them. I'm hopeful to find a spot. ;)
