There are two females in a Washington neighborhood that have caused nothing but issues with their inconsiderate, loud, self-centered lives. They purposely go out of their way to be biligerant, loud, blaring music, honking their horn at all hours. Even when they are asked politely to consider others in the neighborhood, they ramp up their loud, inconsiderate ways. They need a dose of what goes around, comes around. Karma is too slow, this has been going on over a year. The authorities have been notified and they are watching, and they patrol this street often, but of course, they don't catch them in the act. So, if you are petty and enjoy dishing it back, the address is with this post. If you choose to do so, feel free to honk your horn and blare music, or heavy base, at all hours, after dark is ideal. Be stealthy because they are the kind of trash that can dish it out but can't take it. Disclaimer: I'm a venting neighbor who normally does not seek petty justice.
