Help Kids Rise: Northwest Regional ESD Foundation Reception

The foundation board is excited to host once again an in-person fundraising reception from 5-7 p.m. on October 26, and we would love to have you attend. We look forward to introducing you to some of the educators and families who have benefited from your support in the past. Your support creates new hope, new innovation and new possibilities for students experiencing disabilities and other challenges. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served starting at 5 p.m. The event will be held at Miller Nash on the 34th Floor of the U.S. Bancorp Tower in downtown Portland. The address is 111 SW 5th Avenue #3400, Portland, OR 97204. Donations raised at the event will be used to fund mini-grants for educators in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties. Past grants have funded an end-of-the-year carnival celebration for children experiencing blindness and visual impairments, a field trip to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry for students who experience Deafness or hearing loss, horticultural therapy project for adjudicated young men, assistive technology for students with alternate communication needs and a portable dance floor for students with special needs.
