Visit AAEAFamilyFest.com for more information. This is a day you won’t want to miss! ************************* This is a full day of community service and community fun with a heart for diversity, equity, and inclusion. The African American Entrepreneurs Association (AAEA), is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that was formed to develop and create economic development through entrepreneurship within the underserved African American and minority communities through education. The community cleanup has close to 100 volunteers cleaning ISB from the Speedway to the Historical Jackie Robinson Ballpark from 9 am-12 pm. From 2-6 pm we have bounce houses, games, and vendors setting up, and where we will feature 5-6 food trucks, 3-4 dessert vendors, and refreshments. The last part of the day will be the Movie at the Jack where we will enjoy "42: The True Story of an American Legend" as a community. It is our goal to pack the stadium full like the first game Jackie played in Daytona in 1946. (If you were not aware of the Partnership with the AAEA and the Daytona Tortugas, it was an AWESOME 2022, and more coming next year!! ) Who is the AAEA? We offer an assortment of programs to entrepreneurs and business communities with notable partners such as the US Small Business Administration Program, Volusia Resource Affiliate Partner, UF Warrington College of Business, and Volusia County UCF Business Incubator program, to name a few. We are here to help.
