Paint some walls and make a minor electric fix for a lightswitch

Description

1. I've got some walls in the house which need paint (due to previous patchwork). Mostly involves grabbing a bucket of paint from home depot (I may have the right on here, but bottom line is I'll want you to test/verify/match the existing paint on the wall) and doing a single coat. Work involved: test existing paint we have here + (if we're missing the right paint, take samples from here and do a home depot trip to find matching) + prepping the various paint buckets/brushes/rollers + maybe light sanding + paint (brush and roller in various spots) up to 10 spots around the house. 3. I've got a 2-gang junction box (has a fan timer and a lightswitch dimmer on it). I'd like to swap this for a 3-gang junction box (adding another lightswitch dimmer on it). I've got the hardware needed (box, switch, etc). The current lightswitch controls the sauna ceiling lights and the sauna wall lights. However I'd like to split these, so the wall lights are one switch, and the sauna lights are the other switch. Unfortunately the contractor wired the wall lights to the ceiling lights, then ran the ceiling light electrical into the junction box. So it's possible some wire fishing or other trickery might be involved here. To protect the sauna, you'll want to open up a wall in the adjacent room, if you end up needing to go that far (and then patch it up). I'm looking for someone who prides themselves on doing good, clean, finish work. These are details, but important parts of finishing recent work on my house. If you can handle both of these tasks, and are free by/on Oct 2 please reach out to me. When you email me, let me know approx how much you'd charge. Thanks!
