In need of hairdresser or barber asap

Hi my name is Lisa aka Twinkie, I’m in need of a barber or hairdresser willing to help me, as my hair is matted and pulled up. It’s due to being homeless and other factors that would be to hard to explain. If someone could help me get it down with a decent hairstyle, or even shave it completely with bangs, it would be a blessing. I’m staying with a cousin and have a place you could come to but am not financially able to provide a fee. I’m for real and not trying to scam anyone. I believe we all hit rock bottom and need a little help and hope at times. I’ve been homeless off and on my whole adulthood and been staying with a cousin a week, which is very temporary. If anyone could help asap it would be appreciated. Im also disabled with multiple sclerosis in which I I could use a boost in confidence with the trials and tribulations I’m facing.
