Bathtub Replacement

I'm aware that bathtub replacement and/or converting to a shower requires a permit. Anyone contractor or plumber have experience getting a contractor-permit from Miami and doing these types of jobs? I have 1 standard sized bathtub that needs to be replaced. If the price is reasonable, I'd also be interested in tiling the entire bathroom at the same time(walls + floor). To do work in this particular condo building, you must be licensed. Thank-you!
