In this class, we will make a signature drink for three upcoming celebrations: Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas/Holiday. Each guest will get to drink the three cocktails they make throughout the evening- so be ready to party! We will also provide small bites throughout the evening to complement the cocktails. Our Halloween Cocktail will feature the Bee's Knees cocktail using gin as our spirit. We will use Empress 1908 gin which has a beautiful blue color, then watch the color change when we add lemon. Like a witch brewing her latest potion, this is sure to knock your striped socks off! Our Thanksgiving Cocktail will feature a Spiked Cider cocktail using spiced rum as the spirit. It includes local apple cider, our yummy Maple Simple Syrup, and Black Walnut Bitters. Warm and comforting- the perfect cocktail to be grateful for! Our Holiday Cocktail will feature whiskey to build an Old Fashioned. We will be using Cinnamon Clove Brown Sugar Simple Syrup, and Orange Bitters to complete this classic drink. Cheers!
