Need to find a new home for Max

Male cat, about a year and a half old. He is not declawed or neutered. We’ve had him since he was tiny. He is very sweet and often lays in my lap while I’m working or painting. He’s used to being around a noisy household and being picked up randomly by kids. I’ve never had any negative issues with him and he’s had his round of shots. I’ll include any food he still has and a new box of litter. I also have a carrier (used only twice). All free if I can find him a good home. Unfortunately I’m unable to keep him due to my upcoming lease restrictions.
