Rehoming Chihuahua Terrier

I just adopted this incredibly sweet chihuahua terrier mix. Unfortunately she is not getting along with my new puppy. She is very well behaved, potty trained, and has all of her shots. I actually just gave her bravecto and heart worm shots plus clean bill of health from vet. My concern is that I travel and need to be able to put the puppy in the same bag as the other dog, but she will not let me.
