HIIT-ROBIX is a 45 minute Hip Aerobics class taught by Celebrity Trainer Mac Solomon. The class is made up of 5 circuits with water breaks in between each circuit. The goal is to keep your heart rate high throughout the entirety of the class all while building lean muscle and shedding body fat. The workout is tempo based making you workout to the beat of the music. We encourage ALL levels of fitness to participate. Come enjoy great music with an amazing workout.
